The Texas Rural Funder’s Collaborative and the Texas Tribune are pleased to present The Future of Rural Texas, a symposium on rural policy and affairs in Texas. This event will dive into the future of rural education, health care, natural resource preservation and infrastructure investment, and explore the current political climate in rural Texas and the state’s economic future.

Who Should Attend

Community leaders, elected officials, nonprofit organizations, students, and anyone interested in joining this statewide conversation about rural Texas communities is invited to attend. Those that want to participate but cannot make the trip are encouraged to host or attend a livestream viewing party in their community.
