Engagement Models - Compression Planning®

A deeper description of Compression Planning® is provided in Modules 2 and 3.  As an introduction and comparison to World Café and focus groups, Compression Planning® is a process for small to medium groups (5 – 40 people) who are at the stages of exploring ideas for further action planning, searching for a root cause, strategically positioned to launch a new initiative or partnership and more.

The Compression Planning® model emphasizes a well-designed approach toward the development of rich, actionable ideas gathered in a short amount of time to reach a specified purpose.  Module 2 describes all the aspects of this proven approach and Module 3 provides the specific model used by Dallas College and Dallas ISD to explore potential industry partnerships for the P-TECH programs.
