What We Do

  • Help incentivize your more effective educators to lead and teach at challenged and underperforming campuses.
  • Districts who apply for and receive Texas Education Agency Grant Funding will be partnered with our program staff to receive technical assistance. This funding is designed to intervene and help districts needing to restart their approach to teacher incentives in order to dramatically improve student outcomes.

What We Do

  • Assist schools in  providing holistic, rigorous programming to help students develop college and career skills, accumulate college credit hours, and become top candidates for recruitment in high-demand fields. Educate Texas provides campus leadership coaching; resources and tools to facilitate planning; and virtual convenings and professional development to support campus and district leaders implementing one of these models.
  • Districts who apply for and receive Texas Education Agency Designation Model and/or Grant Funding will be partnered with our program staff to receive technical assistance specific to 1 of 3 Models: Early College High School (ECHS); Texas Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Academy (T-STEM), or Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH).

What We Do

  • Educate, convene, and train - We bring together college access leaders from across Texas to discuss the latest challenges, innovations and opportunities to provide expert college access insights and solutions.
