2022 Research - College & Career Pathways

Focused on ensuring students are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education, Philanthropy Advocates is collaborating with Texas Tech University’s Center for Research and Learning in Education to better understand if Texas high school graduation coursework requirements foster success after high school. Further, our research aims to consider different definitions of college readiness and the impact those have on students and institutions.

Philanthropy Advocates was formerly known as the Texas Education Grantmakers Advocacy Consortium (TEGAC) until August 2020. Previously-created resources, documents and blog posts mentioning TEGAC are still provided on this website for your reference.
