Clear Creek Independent School District

Clear Creek ISD (CCISD) created a guiding coalition group consisting of identified district and campus leadership. This group researched, studied, and visited other schools to gather information in order to develop their learning model. During this time CCISD wanted to define how blended learning, personalized learning and standards based instruction could work together to increase student outcomes, and what that looked like in the classroom. CCISD became a demonstration site for the Raising Blended Learners initiative by Raise Your Hand Texas allowing them to have support in clarifying their learning models and the professional development needed to begin implementation at three pilot campuses.
