TxNSI Question Tracker

This tool is designed for observers in classrooms to document and analyze the types of questions that teachers pose to their students. It includes a table, where an observer can record all the questions a teacher poses to students for a set period of time, or across one or more class periods. Each question can be categorized on a 5-point rubric that is shared on the last page. The rubric is taken from the Innovation Configuration designed by the Charles A. Dana Center at the University of Texas at Austin.
